We Are Splendid

 

This performance/installation project has a community engagement strand. Open The box Arts worked with adults with metal health issues at Penlee House Museum and Gallery, patients at the TLC clinic at Helston Community Hospital and a drop in workshop for the public at Falmouth Gallery. The focus for this work is gathering wise words and sage advice from generations past to hand on to future generations. Artwork from these workshops was included in ‘The Secular Bible’ which forms part of the ‘We Are Splendid’ performance installation.
